The Gleason Service App has been updated! Download the Gleason Service App from the App Store or Google Play for a direct interface to Gleason Global Services: 24/7 service support contacts, service news, smart contact forms and an integrated QR-Code-Scanner for easy reference of your production equipment.
Customers who have already installed the App just need to click on the App icon to open the updated version. The App directly interfaces with the new Gleason Website providing the new “MyWorkpiece” functionality. Customers can now quickly search for gear and transmission design as well as manufacturing solutions that are tailored to their particular workpiece being manufactured. In the event of a service case, you can directly employ the smart contact form to add photos of your equipment or use the integrated QR-Code-Scanner for error free identification of the machine to be serviced and easy transfer of the data to the plant of manufacture.
