Service Programs for Single and Double Flank Testing Systems
Comprehensive Service Programs keep Gleason Single and Double Flank Testing Systems at peak performance levels. Service Programs include repeatability checks, comparison measurements based on certified master standards, alignment and adjustment, calibration, and certification. Several Service Programs are available, with or without wear part exchange. Individual maintenance modules can be added to perfectly match customers' requirements.
Fast Check
Fast Check includes a brief assessment of the inspection system. This simple and effective check‑up covers a basic repeatability check, test‑cycle checks, saving the established machine configuration within the inspection system's software. It is primarily used when a general overview of the system's condition is needed, including its overall health and potential opportunities for modernization.
Basic Service Program
The Basic Service Program is the first of three preventive maintenance levels. It includes the Fast Check Service Program with additional checks of axis repeatability tests, test combinations using Gleason or customer masters, detailed spindle inspection, alignment gauging, replacement of wear parts, and a complete condition and adjustment check of all accessories.
Silver Service Program
The Silver Service Program is our most frequently booked service program. It includes the Basic Service Program with the addition of a system software backup, operator and technology software updates if available, and maintenance of the control unit, including battery replacement and safety‑function testing. It also includes one year of Gleason Connect Remote Service, which can be activated already with the order or within a year from the time of order.
Gold Service Program
The Gold Service Program is the highest‑level service program. It includes the Silver Service Program with additional verification of automation settings and basic robot maintenance according to manufacturer specifications, if applicable. It also includes a 4-hour workshop with your team to address questions and application topics, as well as a KM0 gauging tool calibration performed at the Gleason facility.

All of the above Service Programs can be individually customized to your specific requirements. These programs are “made‑to‑fit” offers and vary in scope depending on the specific machine series and your operational goals.
