Gear Trainer Japan Webinars are Gleason’s new webinar series tailored to the Asia-Pacific marketplace, explaining and demonstrating cutting edge gear technology – in Japanese language.
The successful Home Trainer Webinar series which was introduced by Gleason Corporation in March 2020 “goes Japan”. GAC (Gleason Asia Corporation) presents this new, free-of-charge webinar series to its Asian/Japanese customers. "Gear Trainer Japan Webinars" take place every Wednesday, starting June 24th, 2020. GAC employees serve as hosts and presenters. With the change in working styles triggered by COVID-19, upcoming Gear Trainer Japan Webinars will cover a variety of topics on bevel and cylindrical gear manufacturing technology, including gear and transmission design and simulation, soft cutting and hard finishing processes, metrology, tools, workholding, software and 4.0 production systems. The webinars include a mix of different media: presentations, video and live demonstrations. The direct interaction between host, product expert and specialist audience makes the webinar informative and entertaining.
Within 30 minutes, our gear-cutting experts get to the bottom of the issues, and any questions raised are addressed in the following Q&A session.
