CRITERION Analysis
CRITERION Analysis provides a complete set of tools for statistical analysis of data in the CRITERION historical database. Quality engineers and supervisors use CRITERION Analysis to monitor process output and performance. These tools facilitate examination of process distributions, analysis of data over time, analysis of root cause, and more. Analysis tools may be defined so that data from a specific time range is displayed or defined to automatically update, monitoring processes in real time.
CRITERION View
CRITERION View provides the operator interface for measurement systems. It is a component of CRITERION Vantage software suite from Siemens Measurement Systems. CRITERION View controls gauging and calibration, as well as the machine itself by communicating directly with the system controller (such as an ACM - Advanced Control Module). The controller takes all the commands sent from CRITERION View, processes them, and returns any updates or results to one or more displays. CRITERION View can also be used to run the shell of the PC: all components of the measurement system can be controlled and run via CRITERION View, allowing easy access to other applications and preventing applications that are not part of the system from being used.
CRITERION Validate
CRITERION Validate evaluates measuring system performance using standard statistical techniques. The program is applicable for initial system testing and acceptance qualification tests during system runoff. It is also very useful for in-plant routine performance audits and re-qualification after system service and maintenance. The program provides two analysis study types and a data export option. Study Type 1 evaluates accuracy and repeatability per industry standards. Study Type 2 evaluates repeatability and reproducibility, commonly referred to as Gauge R&R. The report file, as well as the raw data text file, can be imported to spreadsheets or word processing programs for further analyses and report.
