KISSsoft Release 2026 – Gear Design at System Level

KISSsoft® Release 2026 offers the design and optimization of gears and transmissions, complemented by integrated system-level analysis. New features include flexibly configurable maps, support for REXS V1.7, new hob types, updated calculations for plastic gears and hydrodynamic plain bearings, as well as new modules for the design of hobbing and profile milling processes. Visitors can experience the new features firsthand and discuss trial licensing options directly with KISSsoft experts.

 

Intra SFTX – 100 Percent Inspection at Production Speed

The Intra® SFTX double-spindle single-flank testing system is designed for the rapid inspection of individual and compound external gears, including automotive EV gears, rotor and input shafts, intermediate assemblies in various configurations, final-drive output gears, and differentials. The system enables 100% inline inspection using TA Torsional Acceleration Testing and TE Transmission Error Analysis, with real-time process control. The SFTX can be supplied with tailored automation or seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems.

 

CRITERION Analysis Software for Single and Double Flank Testing

CRITERION Analysis Software is part of the Intra systems for single and double flank testing. It supports part verification, process monitoring and quality management, compares measurement results with target specifications, monitors production processes using statistical process control (SPC), and identifies deviations at an early stage. Stored measurement data also ensures complete traceability and provides a sound basis for process optimization.

 

175GMS nano – Next-Generation Metrology

The 175GMS® nano Gear Metrology System measures surfaces at the submicron level using skidless probe technology. Advanced software functions analyze waviness in profile and lead and evaluate gear noise behavior, including Advanced Waviness Analysis and KTEPS. Combined with integrated cobot loading and the Gleason Closed Loop System, the machine becomes a key element of highly automated lights-out production concepts.

 

Functional Gauges and Electronic Measuring Systems

Gleason will present a comprehensive portfolio of functional gauges, master gears, variable spline gauges, go/no-go rings and plugs, as well as setting and calibration masters. The offering is complemented by engineering services, calibration options, coatings and custom-designed setting masters. Customized versions can be tailored precisely to specific workpiece and process requirements.
