Concept and Calculation of a Powertrain
The kinematics of an application gearbox will be defined in KISSsys. The geometry of the gears, shafts and bearings will be read in to the built kinematic model. Finally, using the finished gearbox model, the strength calculation of the mechanical components will be performed and further possible system based calculations will be commented.
