P90-R Hobbing Machine

This used P90-R Hobbing Machine features all necessary equipment for universal hobbing and milling of a wide range of gears, shafts and worms. Built in 2020, with an operating time of 2,300h only and excellent maintenance care, it is backed by Gleason’s service support and installation expertise. 

The 100H Hobbing Machine Series is the next generation of the well-known P90 Series with improvements in design, functionality and operator inferface. This hobbing machine and its variants handle a wealth of geared profiles up to a workpiece diameter of 120 mm, module 4 and a shaft length of 1200 mm.

Two chamfer technologies are available on one single platform: Chamfer Hobbing, ideal for high volume automotive and light truck applications, including final drive ring gears and shafts; and Fly Cutter Chamfering, delivering exceptional flexibility for lower volume, small lot jobber applications. The Genesis 280CD Gear Chamfering Machine is available as standalone version, or as fully integrated hobbing and chamfering machine, the Genesis 280HCD.
