In Figure 9 the consolidation output of the gear cutters is shown which corre-
sponds to the pinion cutters of Figure 8. In case of input errors or if the job va-
riety includes jobs, which cannot be consolidated, a consolidation analysis
sheet with warning messages is created. The analysis results and messages
will allow the gear engineer to change the job variety or certain parameters of
the desired consolidation in order to achieve a successful consolidation.
