The calculations above cannot be solved for R as a function of Damax, there-
fore, a series of diagrams (tables) with Da versus R have been created for a
variety of different cutting-edge lengths. The diagram for a cutting-edge length
of 10mm is shown in Figure 2. A red, horizontal line was positioned at the
measurement uncertainty value of 0.0015mm. The intersection of the red line
and the graph shows the maximally permissible cutting-edge radius of 755mm.
