22.10 Summary

                                                                                     ®
With the introduction of high-speed dry cutting (PowerCutting ) and three-face
blade geometry it becomes more important to use the correct nomenclature
when talking about specific blade features. The use of wrong terms or descrip-
tive words leads to confusion and most likely, mistakes are made. The stick
blade definition manual in this chapter captures and explains all important
terms of the stick blade cutting and clearance geometry as they also appear on
                   blade grinding summaries.
