Training TG10 is intended for the processing personnel, working with ready programs and focuses on the knowledge and skills required to keep production running.  This training provides instruction on how to:

• Operate the machine correctly and safely,
• Change over jobs and possible work piece corrections
• Correct simple problems

• Proper use of the safety requirements for Gleason-Hurth machines
• Safety requirements for users and operators (start-up, shut-down, manual traversing, program selection, automatic program execution)

• Operating the machine system

                  Basic structure of the machine

                  Start-up and shut-down procedures

                  Manual traversing

                  Assembly of tools and fastening devices

                  Selection of programs

• Adaption of necessary program parameters

                  Program structure of GHM-operators screens

                  Deal with work piece corrections

• Backup of work piece programs
• Dealing with simple problems
