Gleason and Heller form strategic alliance for gear cutting
9-19-11 Gleason Corporation (Rochester, New York) and Gebr. Heller Maschinenfabrik GmbH (Nürtingen, Germany) announced today the formation of a strategic alliance to serve the global gear manufacturing technology markets. Effective today, September 19, 2011, Gleason and Heller will cooperate in the development and sale of 5-axis machining centers for gear production applications.
