Gleason now offers a new line of galvanically bonded, single layer, replatable CBN grinding wheels. These wheels can be used with any modern CNC form and gear grinding machine, including Pfauter, Pfauter-Kapp, Kapp, and other popular models.
The American-made wheels are available in a wide range of designs, configurations and sizes to meet any special form or gear grinding application. And, the use of our single layer CBN technology helps deliver higher stock removal rates, lower cost per workpiece, longer wheel life and more consistent quality than users can expect from conventional abrasives technology.
