Heat Treat Services

The Gleason Heat Treat facility provides our expertise in a variety of Heat Treat processes including carburizing, carbo-nitriding, normalizing, induction hardening and sub-zero treatments for bevel gears, cylindrical gears, and other components. Use of our Gleason Quenching equipment minimizes dimensional distortion and part variation.  Our Metallurgical laboratory is capable of verifying the integrity of material structures before or after the Heat Treat process.  Additionally, we have the capability to provide failure analysis services.
