Gleason makes it easy, with a Preventive Maintenance (PM) contract designed for your Gleason machines that can be implemented, monitored and maintained with minimal effort – and maximum convenience – for our customers.

- One (1) annual inspection
- Inspection labor, service personnel travel expenses and minor parts
- Checking acc. Gleason-Checklist
- Functional test of major components
- Checking of geometry acc. acceptable report with compensational adjustments
- Minor repairs, performed during inspection
- Data back up of the control for archive
- Follow up quotations for worn parts identified during inspections
- A Gleason seal of approval confirming that the inspection and servicing was carried out
