Standard Mandrels
Standard LeCOUNT™ Expanding Mandrels are used as workholding tools for the inspection
and of parts being located between centers. LeCOUNT Mandrels have excellent repeatability,
and offer the ability to quickly load and unload parts. With a wide variety of expansion ranges, LeCOUNT Mandrels can accommodate parts with bore sizes ranging from .250 to 7.00 inches
with only 12 Mandels and with an accuracy of .0001" T.I.R.
LeCOUNT Standard Mandrels are manufactured in five (5) types and a wide variety of sizes (see tables below):
Type A, English - extra wide range for maximum expansion range 
Type B, English - extra long jaws for long bore lengths
Type C, English - compact for short bore lengths
Type H, English - hob inspection and extra long bores
Type M, English - extra small bore length and diameter
Type A, Metric - extra wide range for maximum expansion range
Type B, Metric - extra long jaws for long bore lengths
Type C, Metric - compact for short bore lengths
Type H, Metric - hob inspection and extra long bores
Type M, Metric - extra small bore length and diameter
